Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

For new paying customers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with EasyLabs within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Service Unavailability

If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) not caused by scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Billing Errors

If you believe you've been incorrectly billed, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error occurred.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Subject to processing times of your financial institution

Subscription Cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:
